Common questions
Do I need a car?
Yes. No bus goes up to the house, and Kobarid is 8 km away on a narrow, winding road, about a 17-minute drive.
Where can we shop?
In Kobarid. Do the big shop on your way up, so you don't have to drive down again.
Are there food basics in the kitchen?
The kitchen has cookware, cutlery and cleaning products. Ask in your enquiry which food basics are there, so you know what to bring.
Is it really that quiet?
Yes, there is no through traffic. The one thing that surprised a guest was the church bell ringing early in the morning.
Can we take both apartments?
Yes, together they take 14. Each has its own kitchen and entrance. The garden, hut and barbecue are shared.
Can we stay just one night?
Yes, with 20% added to the nightly price.
